What is the solution for air pollution problems?

 Before I come to the point, I want to highlight a situation and its outcome that was clearly evident, “the lockdown” during covid-19 outbreak, there was cleaner air and greener environment.

Now, let me come straight to the point:
1. Reduce the use of plastic products.
2. Instead of buying phone, laptop, TV ( other electronic appliances ) every year, use the same till it works for you well.
3. The use & ownership of vehicles also need to be limited ( even manufacturing of vehicle causes pollution ) while more public transport needs to be promoted.
4. Most of the Industries which pollutes the environment need to be shut down.
5. Understand that technological development comes at price of environment.

The solution to any problem lies in the problem itself, but as human race we are ignorant, have capitalist mindset, we are greedy, unsatisfied & jealous to one another.
Politicians would keep fighting blaming each other, but I blame the people who is also the consumer.

Also some of capitalist like Elon Musk ( there are thousands like him ) who have all network and sources to bring change, are more interested to shift on moon / mars rather than protecting earth.

If you are not ready to sacrifice the updated phones every year, the new upgraded vehicle, etc. you have no right to talk about the pollution.
